During tear-off, if any roof sheathing is found to be damaged or rotten, we’ll replace it with new, high-quality boards. This ensures a strong foundation before the new shingles go on. Redecking is priced per board and approved before proceeding.

Skylight Replacement

If your existing skylights are damaged, leaking, or outdated, we offer complete replacement with watertight installation. Available upon request as part of a roof replacement project.
