Roof Replacement & Reroofing

We handle complete tear-offs and full roof replacements using premium IKO shingle systems. Every job includes:

Removal of old shingles, underlayment, nails, and flashing
Installation of ice & water shield (IKO ArmourGard)
Synthetic underlayment (Stormtite or 26 lb)
Brand-new metal valleys and drip edge
IKO Dynasty shingles with matching ridge caps
We ensure all elements of the system work together for long-term protection.

Ventilation Upgrades

Proper airflow extends the life of your roof and improves indoor comfort. We install or upgrade all required ventilation components, including:

Ridge vents
Turbine vents
SV 50 roofing vents
Plumbing vents (Duraflo 1.5″ or 2.5″)
All venting is installed to meet BC Building Code and prevent future moisture issues.

Flashing, Valleys & Waterproofing

We protect all vulnerable areas of your roof with precision-installed flashing and metalwork, including:

26-gauge metal valleys
Step flashing around walls and chimneys
Frontpans, backpans, and counter flashing
Drip edge on all eaves and rakes

Roof Deck Repair & Redecking

During tear-off, if any roof sheathing is found to be damaged or rotten, we’ll replace it with new, high-quality boards. This ensures a strong foundation before the new shingles go on. Redecking is priced per board and approved before proceeding.

Skylight Replacement

If your existing skylights are damaged, leaking, or outdated, we offer complete replacement with watertight installation. Available upon request as part of a roof replacement project.

Cleanup & Site Protection

Roll-off dumpster for material removal
Landscaping protected during tear-off
